Lynzie and Jayme met in 2018 while working for the same hospitality group. What started as weekly coffee meetings soon turned into a great friendship. Lynn Marie Events became a reality when they realized their attention to detail, creativity, and passion for creating relationships would make for a perfect partnership. Meet Jayme, the “Lynn” in Lynn Marie Events:
Jayme was born and raised in Grand Rapids and considers herself to be a people-person with great attention to detail. Since she was a little girl and now having been in seven of them herself (Hi Jane from 27 Dresses!), weddings have always had a special place in Jayme’s heart. There is nothing she loves more than to see a bride’s vision come to life.
After developing her event planning talents at Grand Valley State University and earning a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, she knew she had discovered her passion for weddings and events. After several years working as an Event Sales Manager/Coordinator for different venues in West Michigan, she has gained the experience to run a successful event from start to finish.
From the intricate details and personal touches to the old traditions and new beginnings, Jayme adores the love of family and friends coming together to celebrate the happy couple. She considers herself honored to be able to help create your vision of not only a perfect day, but an experience that you will remember forever.
Outside of helping you plan your perfect experience, you can find her snuggling her nieces and nephews, spending quality time with family and friends, walking Reeds Lake with an iced coffee in hand, staying in with a good book or going out and exploring new places - especially anywhere with live music.
